With Food Banks at dire straits from a high demand for food hampers, the Stuff A Cruiser returns to support those in need in correlation with the 30th Annual Stuff A Bus.
Stuff a Cruiser Transit Peace Officer events are happening at the following locations:
– Wed. Nov 27: Meadows Save-On-Foods (2390 24 St.NW) 12-5pm
– Thurs. Nov 28: Namao Save-On-Foods (9510 160 Ave NW) 12-5pm
– Fri. Nov 29: Stadium Save-On-Foods (8124 112 Ave NW) 11 am-3pm
Tom O’Neil, Edmonton Peace Officer spoke with CFWE about ‘Stuff A Cruiser’ that is stationed outside of the Meadows Save On Foods says the Food Banks are in more need from community members then ever before, adding that it feels amazing to help in anyway he can.

O’Neil speaks on the fundraiser’s humble beginnings, and when the idea of Stuffing a Cruiser with non-perishable food items from the community, 7 years later the Stuff A Cruiser helps those in need ahead of the holidays.
O’Neil reminds community members that it can be your neighbor or loved ones that access the Edmonton Food Banks, and a little help goes a long way to give back to the community.
