Phillips: Likely Niagara sees ‘snow that sticks’ next week

While we may not have seen winter yet, it won’t be long.

That’s the message from Environment Canada Senior Climatologist David Phillips, who says we could see some winter weather next week.

Phillips adds that the Niagara area can be a very interesting area for weather because of its proximity to not one, but two Great Lakes.

Phillips adds that while its rare to not see any snow in November, it’s also not a good indicator on the rest of the winter season.
